Welcome to IslandTrendzMauritius. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Conditions

  • IslandTrendzMauritius is an online platform providing a curated selection of tech gadgets and lifestyle products.

  • By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Products and Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Mauritian Rupees (MUR).

  • We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products without prior notice.

  • While we strive for accuracy, we are not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or product descriptions.

3. Payment Terms

  • We currently accept payments via MCB Juice to the official number provided at checkout (58003028).

  • Orders will only be processed once payment has been verified.

  • Please include your name or order number in the ‘Remarks’ field when Juicing.

4. Shipping and Delivery (Dropshipping Policy)

  • Fulfillment: As a dropshipping store, products are shipped directly from our global suppliers to your provided address in Mauritius.

  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery is 15 to 30 business days. Delays may occur due to customs clearance or local postal handling (Mauritius Post).

  • Customs/VAT: Prices include local handling, but any additional customs duties or import taxes imposed by the Mauritius Revenue Authority (MRA) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Return and Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only issued for defective or damaged items.

  • To claim a refund, you must contact us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving the item with photo/video evidence.

  • We do not offer refunds for “change of mind” once an order has been shipped from the supplier.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • IslandTrendzMauritius shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of products purchased through our site.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question.

7. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Republic of Mauritius.
